Good battery life, superb screen, looks nice.

No voice dialling, flaky PC software, dodgy MP3 player, poor camera, grotty browser.

The two bad points render the Samsung F480 phone a frustrating failure. If only the phone's camera was in fact 5MP as stated, and Samsung put a decent speaker in the handset, the phone would be a genuine contender for the iPhone. Samsung's denial is poor

It's a good handset bar...

One: The camera. It's 5MP until the image is saved. Then it's pixelated like a badly saved GIF image. Two: The speaker. It's tiny and heavily muffled. If your caller has an accent, you've got no chance.

Do not get this phone if a decent camera is important to you. The picture quality is far, far worse than my 3.2 mp Nokia N73. To be honest its embarrassing... Otherwise I love it...such a shame..
