Samsung Galaxy Discover review:

Don't be fooled by the $129.99 Discover's Galaxy brand name; an elite Samsung smartphone this isn't. While it offers Cricket's excellent Muve digital music service for a low no-contract price, its many flaws, one being its 2-year old Android Ice Cream...

The Samsung Galaxy Discover has Muve Music downloads, a removable battery, and an SD card slot.

The Discover suffers from slow processor and data speeds, short battery life, and poor call quality.

The Samsung Galaxy Discover is an affordable prepaid Android choice, but weak call quality and short battery life make the Kyocera Hydro a better Cricket option.

Samsung Galaxy Discover

The Samsung Galaxy Discover differs from other Samsung smartphones in that it does not have the standard Samsung TouchWiz Overlay. Instead, the phone runs stock Android 4.0. It offers rather underwhelming hardware specs: an 800MHz single-core...

"Good for every day."

I am a 16 year old boy who doesn't have a whole lot of money to blow on a $500-$600 dollar phone. I am able to play the,"My boy" emulator with a few glitches every now and agian. I am kinda tech savvy so I tweaked with the phone and got it sped up...

Cheap, useful.

None for me.

"I hate this phone all it did was freeze."

The Muve music was the only good thing about this phone.

The phone froze at least 5 times a day. Now it doesn't work at all.

O.K. for a prepay but poor battery life

Samsung typically makes a good product. This one is o.k. for a prepaid cellular phone, but the battery life is not sufficient . You definitely have to haul your charger with you everywhere. The Android OS crashes frequently.....

Good basic smartbphone

I do not want to be stuck with a two year contract. This was fifty dollars and for a mere forty a month you can get unlimited text and talk and data download as well.
