Review Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) Smartphone

A new Galaxy. Samsung introduced its smartphone flagship from the latest portfolio at a big event in London. A quad-core SoC based on ARM, a 720p screen, NFC and Android 4.0 ICS belong to the must-haves of this category today. Is Samsung's Galaxy S3...

Samsung Galaxy S III (MetroPCS)

The Samsung Galaxy S III is the best phone for a network that's on its way out.

Most powerful smartphone on MetroPCS. Excellent call quality

Expensive

The Samsung Galaxy S III is MetroPCS's best smartphone, although you'll pay a high up-front price for this quality. MetroPCS's version of the Galaxy S III brings 4G LTE speed and great tricks like Wi-Fi calling and Google Wallet with NFC. It's good...

Samsung Galaxy S III (U.S. Cellular)

U.S. Cellular is serving up Samsung's Galaxy S III ($199 for 16GB, $249 for 32GB) the way it was truly intended. The Editor's Choice hardware here is the same as you'll find on the Sprint and Verizon models, but U.S. Cellular's S III has been stripped...

State-of-the-art everything. Advanced call-quality features

Very limited 4G LTE coverage. Screen could be brighter

The Samsung Galaxy S III is, hands down, the best smartphone available on U.S. Cellular.

Samsung Galaxy S III ( U.S. Cellular)

Editors' note: This review of U.S. Cellular's Samsung Galaxy S3 varies from the review of the T-Mobile , AT&T , Sprint , and Verizon models in the areas of apps, call quality, and data performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 comes fully loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 4G LTE capability, a zippy dual-core processor, and a strong 8-megapixel camera. S Beam is an excellent software enhancement, and the handset's price is right.

The Galaxy S3's screen is too dim, and Samsung's Siri competitor, S Voice, disappointed us. You can only roam at 3G speeds outside of U.S. Cellular's home network.

Pumped with high-performing hardware and creative software features, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is an excellent, top-end phone that's neck and neck with the HTC One X.

Samsung Galaxy S III (Verizon Wireless)

Now that we've tested the Galaxy S III on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon, which is the best? All have the same huge display, slim design, and cool features such as S Beam, Share Shot, and Motion controls, not to mention a fast and accurate 8-MP...

Slim and comfortable design; Lots of fun sharing options ; Good battery life; Fast camera; Impressive 4G LTE speeds

Screen difficult to read in sunlight; S Voice not as good as Siri

Verizon's version of the Galaxy S III offers excellent 4G LTE speeds and battery life along with a ton of impressive innovations.

Samsung Galaxy S III (T-Mobile) Review

The Samsung Galaxy S III is jam-packed with features that give the iPhone 4S a run for its money. You'll have a blast discovering everything this Android phone can do, and the camera is impressive. However, you'll have to pay more up front on T-Mobile...

Strong graphics and performance, Loud, rich audio, Fast camera, Slim, comfortable design, Lots of sharing options

Samsung Galaxy S III (16GB - blue, Sprint)

This review of Sprint's Samsung Galaxy S III varies from my review of the T-Mobile and AT&T models in the areas of apps, call quality, and data performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S III (S3) comes fully loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 4G LTE capability, a zippy dual-core processor, and a strong 8-megapixel camera. S Beam is an excellent software enhancement, and the handset's price is right.

The Galaxy S3's screen is too dim, and Samsung's Siri competitor, S Voice, disappointed. Until Sprint's LTE launch, data speeds drag on the carrier's 3G network.

Pumped with high-performing hardware and creative software features, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is an excellent, top-end phone that's neck and neck with the HTC One X. Unfortunately, it only runs on Sprint's 3G network for now.
