it's actually a very good phone. 

great texting, QWERTY keyboard is very nice and easy to use. great music quality, calling, and web browsing. i've only had it for a few months and i love it

i can barley get service at my house. a cell tower is right across the street from my house. turns off and on all the time. can't personalize text tone

Only supports the old style of micro SD cards. No where in the manual or product features does it say this, so your left to waste money and time figuring it out for yourself. Bummer! Oh, and I think the software setup on the phone is also weak
