excellent mobile

iam using samsung m8910 pixon12 mobile, when i upload the photoes to facebook it displays "unable to upload" this file is not supported.. what can i do? and when i open gmail in my mobile it displays "cookies turned off please turn on it" where can i find this option? already default setting is activated cookies always allow.. please give any suggstions?
