Samsung i560

Seeing or using the i560 is hardly a pulse-racing experience. People looking for a solid phone with navigation will find what they are looking for in the i560. Fashionistas should look elsewhere.

HSDPA and GPS connectivity, Speedy S60 operating platform, Bundled Route 66 nav software and car kit, Decent battery life

Another unexciting Samsung slider, Display not as sharp or colourful as recent Samsung screens

Samsung i560

Stylish navigator

Design, build quality, navigation out of the box, 3.5mm headphone jack, Symbian OS

Battery cover difficult to remove, small display not ideal for navigation, GPS can take a few minutes to obtain a signal

The i560 is a capable but not outstanding mobile phone. The lack of Wi-Fi may be a deal breaker for some, but the included GPS software and accessories are welcome additions.

Samsung i560

The Samsung i560 is an attractive and stylish looking slide design mobile phone. It does look similar in appearance to Samsung G600. The handset incorporates a large 2.4 inch TFT display screen with a 3.15 mega-pixel camera and video recorder with...

Samsung i560

The Samsung i550/i560 duo, the senior offering is not a counterpart to the junior device, albeit they appear similar on the face of it. Originally the Samsung i560 had been intended solely as a carrier-branded solution, but due to certain reasons and...

Who this device caters to? That's not an easy question, since there is no definitive answer. Those looking for a well rounded-out slider spec-wise won't fall for the i560, as there are other Samsung-branded offerings, although not of the smartphone...
