Samsung Illusion SCH-I110 (Verizon Wireless)

Samsung may be working hard to polish up its fast-selling line of premium Android Gingerbread 2.3 handsets, but the more budget-conscious set hasn't fallen off the phone-maker's radar. To that crowd it offers up the Samsung Illusion, an inexpensive 3G...

The Samsung Illusion runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has a decent 3-megapixel camera lens

Some issues with call quality and the camera app mar the Illusion

The Samsung Illusion is a wholly decent midrange smartphone that won't wow you, but mostly delivers. However, there are a few flaws.

"terrible for e-mail"

find a diff phone for e-mail and business items

pretty to look at

had to revert back to my "old" phone to be able to bulk erase e-mail. My old phone allows for erasing by individual messages as well as by date. This phone allows you to tick the messages you want to erase. OK sometimes but not for 300+ messages.

NOT HAPPY!

For a pre-paid, it's an "okay" phone. The features are cool. My T-Mobile phone rang louder and had a few more features than this one as far as texting. I'm semi - happy with this phone BUT, it doesn't ring loud AT ALL. Starting to wonder if I'm going...
