Samsung Factor SPH-m260 (slate gray, Boost Mobile)

If you've seen a Samsung flip phone before, you'll get swept up in deja vu when you behold the Samsung Factor for Boost Mobile. The moderately attractive clamshell is a decent device that will meet the needs of casual users making calls or composing...

The Samsung Factor has an appealing design, a tactile dial pad, and good call quality

The Samsung's Factor's low screen resolutions and camera quality are disappointing. The handset is rather slippery

The Samsung Factor is an ideal budget phone for basic calling and texting communications.

Simple. Good voice quality. Nice keypad

Subpar camera. Call volume over Bluetooth is a little bit low

Samsung Factor Reviewed

A review of the bare basic Samsung Factor, is the phone capable of satisfying those who use their mobile phones purely for the sake of calling and texting? With a $50 price tag it sure is light on the wallet. We find out if the rest of the phone is up...

If you need a back up phone, or if you want a phone that can only cope with the bare essentials, or you wish to purchase a phone for your child that is family friendly, the Samsung Factor is a pretty okay choice.

Music fans seeking a small, chic phone should take a look at Samsung M260's design and - in the US at least - its inexpensive price. See also Nokia N95 review. (click here for Apple iPhone hands on preview)

"The BEST Pay as you go phone, PERIOD!"

For a $29.99 and pay as you go who could complain with that? I use this phone as an emergency phone in a California canyon horse trail riding community where no other carriers work. Wow, come on now! Look at the features of this phone. Five or six...
