Tough and durable but no support.

The crashing problem happened right out of the box. If my friend had gotten it from Newegg, I have no doubt that he could have exchanged it for a good one. Other than that it is a fantastic phone, and worth the price several times over once you realize...

It is as durable and as waterproof as it claims to be. The Corning Gorilla Glass is durable and scratch resistant. The phone has survived several island vacations and more than a few drops. It is great for taking rainy day pictures when nothing else...

Crashes and reboots every few hours. Usually the display does back off after this event, but sometimes it stays on and kills the battery. My friend wanted to get this at Newegg, but they were out. The source he got it from offered no support, and...
