Review Samsung NP-N150 Eom Netbook

Sofa Surfer. Check mail on the run or take a look at your course plan while on the train. Mobile Internet use deamands a handy device with integrated UTMS. Can the N150 ascend the throne of mobility? Find out why this doesn't quite work out.

Long battery life, Very quiet and cool, Matt TFT, Stabile case, Good keyboard, Integrated UMTS, Long runtimes and whisper quiet in Silent-Mode. Samsung uses the advantages of Pine Trail to the full

TFT too dark for outdoor use, Significant heating in silent mode, Limited performance, small palm rest, The TFT is too dim and prevents the resurrection of a netbook god

Samsung N150

The Samsung N150 is among the first netbooks to use the new Intel Atom N450 chip. As a result, it offers excellent battery life, but it's far from perfect. Unfortunately, its cramped keyboard and comparatively small hard drive let the side down.

Matte screen eliminates annoying reflections, Long battery life

Cramped keyboard, Relatively small hard drive

Expert Review

This Best Buy–exclusive version of Samsung's N150 netbook has a new look and more storage space. Its performance is ordinary, but the bundled extras make it a better value than the competition.

Attractive design, Software for quick power-ups and battery preservation, Bundled Microsoft Office 2010 Starter Edition

Compressed keyboard is challenging to use (especially ridge below space bar), Slightly below-average performance

Review: Samsung N150 Netbook

I must admit, the more gear from Samsung I review lately, the more respect that I have for the company. Many years ago, I regarded them as just another Apple wannabe- but how wrong can a guy be? In this case, after spending the past week or so playing...

Samsung N150 review

Samsung's N150 netbook is good for creating basic office documents, browsing the web and watching standard definition video. We like its keyboard and think it's a comfortable netbook to use overall. However, its battery life could be a little better...
