Sanyo SCP-3810 (red, Sprint)

In the cell phone world, Sanyo always has been something of a wallflower. Though its phones have been consistently reliable, it's never produced a flood of models and all of its handsets have landed at Sprint Nextel. The newest model, the Sanyo...

The Sanyo SCP-3810 has an easy-to-use design with a brilliant display and a comfortable keypad. In general, its call quality is admirable

The Sanyo SCP-3810's speakerphone is unimpressive and has too little internal memory. Its external display isn't useful

The Sanyo SCP-3810 is a typical Sanyo phone: functional, easy to use, and a good performer.

Video Tour: Sanyo SCP-3810

Phone Scoop gives Sanyo's latest flip phone for Sprint a spin. It has classic looks and a great keypad. It may lack the features of some of its competitors, but what it does, it does right.

Sprint Sanyo 3810 is best cell phone I ever owned.

This is the best non-smart phone ever made, IMO. It kicks butt for everything, except typing outgoing text messages or emails, though it's convenient for reading them. This phone has best signal strength and call quality you can ask for. It sounds like...

Best call quality, signal strength, speaker, microphone, and good speaker phone. Battery life lasts me 2.5 DAYS per charge. This is best cheap phone ever, best non smart phone ever, IMO. Also, a very good camera for a small non-smart phone

It's not a smart phone and doesn't have a full keyboard. So typing outgoing text messages or emails is a pain, but reading incoming text messages and emails is easy and convenient. My only complaint is the web browser application is lousy

"Poor basic performer"

Had this phone for 18 months. 1) Biggest complaint is that reception is poor when compared with a different phone in the same location using the same carrier--dropped calls all the time. 2) To select the voice-activated command software, the software...

It makes calls.

Poor reception (compared against other phones with same provider).

Sanyo Mirro SCP3810 (Boost Mobile)

Obviously, we all want different things out of these phones. I appreciate technology, but I do not need to check my email every time my car stops at a red light, or when I am coming and going while shopping, or while (before, during, after) I am on...

1. Practical 2. Sleek, Modern.3. Warm orange color light, Large keys, Letters, Numbers.5 Cute Sounds, (keys, ringtones, alarm) 6. Loud,if needed, be it speaker, Blootooth, whatever 7. Charges fast, lasts long. 8. Sturdy 9 Comfortable to use

I am very specific in how I want my icons and functions organized, and all of them can not be moved somewhere else... I will, however, survive:)
