turns off for no reason, wont charge, memory card wont stay in, wont take calls or texts at times, repaired three times 2 upgrades and still went wrong 7 days from last repair, worked well for first 3 months would not buy sony again

1. great minimalistic design 2. extremely durable body 3. stays where you put it due to rubber back 3. good walkman feauture 4. buttons although small separated from eachother and easy to use 5 user interface and display 6. slick, ultrathin and light
if you use it for calling and listening too records no cons. forget about taking high quality prictures with hopeless camera though and listening to radio since there is none
