to play mp3 files and it does the job. The remote as i read here before hasn't got volume and that sucks a bit since i need it. Overall i don't understand other review here saying that sound is really good, i think is just what you pay for...

This is a great little player with a good sound. Have used a 4gb flash drive containing MP3's with no problem. Shame that the remote does not operate the volume control. At first I had a problem with the folders and tracks until I read the instructions...

Good sound quality, Usb and sd card socket is very useful if want to play mp3 files. Highly recomended. Only could have more functions in remote control(but it cost only 54.99).

I bought as a external sourse to play music from my usb flash drives,mp3 players(3.55mm audio cable required) and cd-r and cd-rw discs. To all means of playback the sound quality is good and well enhance by a good but not expensive set of headphones....
