T-Mobile Pulse Mini

T-mobiles Pulse Mini is the big brother of T-mobiles other Android powered handset; the T-mobile Pulse. Two main differences between models are the Mini rolls with Android 2.1 and is cheaper at £99, making it the cheapest Android phone yet!

The T-mobile Pulse mini was announced at the Mobile World Congress 2010 (MWC 2010) in February where there are a few videos shot showing the handset hands on in action. A few specs include include a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, stylus for the resistive...

T-Mobile Pulse Mini review

Android on a budget - get a Googlephone for £100

Budget phone ; Free sat nav ; 3.5mm headphone jack ; Android 2.1 ; 6 months free internet

Sluggish performance ; Low-res screen ; Juddery internet ; Constant crashing ; Slow to wake from sleep

The problem with all this cool new stuff on mobile phones is that the cost of actually having one keeps going up - £400 is a reasonably low price for a current Android device.

T-Mobile - Pulse Mini

T-Mobile has updated its original Android-based Pulse Pay As You Go handset with a smaller, newer model, the Pulse Mini. It lacks all the features you will find on top-end Android handsets like the HTC Desire ...

T-Mobile's attempt to bring Android to a wider audience via this PAYG handset have resulted in a phone which is small and neat. You may find the screen just a bit too cramped though, and the processor is too easily hobbled.

T-Mobile Pulse Mini

Looking at the prices of mobile phones coming out now, it is easy to believe that a feature-packed one would easily cost more than GBP400. And this is where the T-Mobile Pulse Mini stands out. At roughly a quarter of the price of other comparable...

For one, the Pulse Mini is run on Android 2.1, has GPS capability, flash camera, and push email. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

T-Mobile Pulse Mini

Review 'Smartphones For All' is the thrust of T-Mobile's latest marketing campaign, and destined for the sharp end of its crusade to get the pay-as-you-go brigade on board is the Pulse Mini [1], a fully functioning Android handset with a PAYG price tag...

T-Mobile Pulse Mini review: Android 2.1

The T-Mobile Pulse Mini Android 2.1 phone packs a lot of promise into a handset that costs under a hundred quid on Pay As You Go. While the specs might not turn heads, no shortcuts have been made on the software front, as it packs the very latest...

On screen keyboard is sticky, impractical

The HTC Sense skin is still preferable on something so small

T-Mobile Pulse Mini Review

If you want a small smartphone on a budget, the Pulse Mini could be worth a look, but you will have to put up with its snail's pace.

A decently-priced handset that looks and feels good and offers a shedload of home screens.

The resistive touch-screen feels like a real comedown from the original Pulse, and the phone is slow.

The Pulse Mini is a nice-looking handset with lots going for it including GPS and a digital compass. Whether this is enough to make up for the slow speed is debatable.

T-Mobile Pulse Mini

The T-Mobile Pulse Mini is a teeny, tiny, Android smartphone, but one that packs a Bruce Lee style one inch punch behind its 2.8-inch screen. It surfs the net at super HSDPA speeds, comes with a 3.5mm audio slot for your own headphones, 3.2 megapixel...

As incy wincy touchscreen Android phones, the T-Mobile Pulse Mini can't compare to the HTC Tattoo, despite its older Android software and contract only pricing, and that's entirely down to the keyboard, which requires holy levels of patience and...
