I wanted a answering machine and I wanted it to sit on top of my kitchen counter. The size is perfect and it does everything I wanted it to do and more. I am pleased with uits performance and would recommend this phone to anyone

After 2 days of use I notice that the dial tone was very intermittent. Not sure if it's the model or just a defect but I will be returning and trying a 2nd one to verify.
