I was very disappointed when this item arrived. The box was beat-up looking, and been shipped from China. The item was very cheaply made, and not worth the price. Sent it back, and will not buy that brand again.

The volume was so poor. Not much better than listening to my IPad without this aide. Had to send it back!!
