Virgin Mobile Arc

Virgin Mobile is known for its entry-level phones with catchy names, and the Arc by UTStarcom is no different. The Arc sets itself apart from the rest of Virgin Mobile's lineup with a unique and very appealing curved design. Otherwise, it has a...

The Virgin Mobile Arc is a basic yet stylish camera phone, with decent call quality and an affordable price point. It also has Bluetooth and voice dialing

The Virgin Mobile Arc has a slightly crowded keypad and bad photo quality

If you want an attractive yet affordable basic camera phone, the Virgin Mobile Arc is one of the better options in Virgin Mobile's lineup.

Virgin Mobile Arc

I got the Arc because it was Virgin Mobiles best looking, yet affordable phone. It has some nice features (bluetooth and camera), but I mainly use it to text. The keypad is nice, except sometimes instead of pressing '>' to skip to the next letter,...

Virgin Mobile Arc

It's a good phone and all for begginer. If you're looking for a phone for your son and or daughter, this isn't a bad idea, if there 10 or less. But if htere thirteen or something, don't bothe getting them this phone, it would be too boring for them,...

Excellent quality for the price

I like the phone and would purchase it again. The camera was very important to me and so was my reception abilities and not changing phone companies.

it has a camera for those spontaneous kodak moments, sound quality is good and gets reception where I live that greatly surpasses that of Boost Mobile. I haven't used the blue tooth so I can't comment on those

Texting is minimally difficult as there isnt great space per text message, and the quality of the photos are diminished at best if not holding the phone perfectly still or using in bright light. My zoom seems to not work tho I figure it is my phone

Lead exposure--This phone is not suitable for kids.

I like Virigin's inexpensive service and we've had 3 Virgin phones. After carefully reading reviews I purchased this phone for my child. Buried deep in the manual is the warning (required by the state of California) that handling the cord of the...

Virgin mobile's prepaid service is great for those who don't talk a lot

Handling the cord of this phone's charger exposes you to lead (Check the manual carefully!). Definitely not suitable for kids! Do a little research and choose a phone that is not as toxic

Consumer review by:

It's a basic phone

the arc is an ok phone. i like making calls with this phone because calls are always clear. it's not a contract phone so there is no need to worry about a monthly bill

the design ; the little shortcut keys so u can acces ur account ; ok call quality

the camera is horrible ; the speakerphone is not loud enough

Great phone from one of the best wireless values

I received this phone for Christmas just a couple of months ago. I had the Aloha, which sucked but for being free was fine. This phone is so much better. The obvious improvements include:

Build quality, price, features, battery life, overall value

Camera could be better - but I personally don't care and hardly use it anyway
