This is a great machine. It heats water or coffee almost instantly. We use it in the winter to make Hot Chocolate (It's best uf you all a small amout of ground coffee)

This is our third brew station, yeah ya think we would have learned but we like the idea of not having to pour the coffee. Very poor quality, they don't last long! Will never buy another brew station, we are switching to bunn.
