Just as described. Regarding the previous commenter's belief that the machine is used or refurbished, Krups tests the grinder and water pump on every machine prior to boxing and shipping to make sure the unit works properly.

Fantastic coffee maker, but what you would expect from Krups. Shipping and receipt of unit was prompt. My old Krups died after 8 years, and rather than do without coffee during the repair time, I replaced it with a new Krups.
