Make superb coffee as my other Cuisinart did. I was able to use my old filter basket. There are a few brewing glitches. It ran over yesterday and has left grounds on the brewing top a few times but overall, can't complain for the price!

The coffee maker is quick and easy to use; however it only brews strong coffee even on the 10 oz size. It is also very expensive to brew it in this way, since only one container is one cup of coffee. ..:(

Like I said, read the directions! There's no accounting for failure to do that. The thing is so darn simple, the only reason that something is not working right is 9.999 times out of 10, OPERATOR ERROR! Obviously if it arrives busted, that's not B&D's...
