I bought this having discovered on xms eve that my old one wasn't working. Its easy to use and the flavours of the coffee and hot chocolate are great. I got my delivery of tea today so will try that next. The drinks are certainly hot when they are made.

I used a DeLonghi before i bought this Sage coffee machine. This Sage is a lot easier to use and a lot better to clean after using it, nether takes as long. And you can control the strengths on the Sage better than the DeLonghi.
