Horrible product quality ... Broke in just over 1 year

For the price paid for this, I expected a better product. And when it broke the company would not offer to fix it.

When it worked... it worked well ; Looks nice

Messy grounds container ; It stopped working after a year and a half of light use

Loved It But It Fell Apart

I used this grinder every day for two years. One day I turned it on and the on/off switch just fell into the body of the machine. The motor had also burned out. I only used it for coffee beans, and treated it gently. As much as I loved it, I will...

Recommended with reservations.

Before purchasing the Breville Conical Burr Grinder Model BCG450XL, I was using a cheap Cuisinart blade type grinder for my coffee. Burr grinders are much more efficient at grinding coffee then blade types, but I'm not sure if this Breville model is...

Several settings for different grinds; accurate results; solidly built

Expensive; timer not useful; hard to maintain & clean

This is my first non-whirly-blade grinder.

Does a really nice grind for press coffee. It's mostly easy to clean. Looks sharp in a sort of pseudo-industrial Kitchen decor

Buy it!

I have used this grinder every day for at least two years. It is my first grinder so I have nothing with which I can compare it. I use a Keurig single cup machine and only brew one cup at a time. I also use a Breville Cafe Roma espresso machine almost...

A good grinder indeed

After having several, ahem, difficulties, with other bean grinders, my husband and I decided to purchase this product. It was kind of a splurge for us so thank goodness it does such a good job.

Easy to use

Tricky to clean
