My mom bought 3 of these for Christmas: one for me, my sister, and my grandma. The carafe on ALL THREE of them spills when you pour from it. It somehow leaks sneakily down the front as you pour. We've all had the problem, so it's unlikely a user error....

The Carafe is hard to get into place, and when coffee is done and you try to pull carafe out you end up yanking it and coffee, needless to say, goes everywhere. I returned mine-oh-and the carafe is not insulated.

The coffee ends up okay. My issue is that the carafe is poorly designed relative to pouring. You must pour really slowly and carefully so as not to have coffee drip all over from the carafe. I just want to pour the coffee and not think about it.
