Cuisinart Electric Spice and Nut Grinder

have had this item a couple of weeks - use it for grinding flaxseed, and occasionally other things - works well. love that the cup comes off for cleaning and it has a lid for short term storage if you grind too much.

I opened the box and plugged in the wall and geuss what? Nothing happened.. Immedietly I called and returned. Cuisinart is very well known co, the one I received was somebody's reJECTED one. I have shopped at HSN for over 15 yrs. Time to time I have to...
