the machine has a 3 year warranty that gives you over the counter replacement where you bought it. I love that so even if the unit has a problem you get a new one to replace it. Just make sure you hang on to your receipt! Kuerigs have a 1 year over the...

Great while it works

 

Worked well for 1 year. Then required lots of small fixes and finally died at year 2. If you don't need the hot water feature or the good looks, save money and buy a cheaper model. Same great coffee but when it dies, and it will, it won't feel as bad...
