Easy to use, looks great on the bench, always produces a great coffee

If I had to say something, I would say the water reservoir and empty pod container are not as big as I'd like. Not that it's a problem, it just means they require attention more often.

Disappointed

Cold coffee. Love all the features But coffee so cold the kids can scull it down Immediately. Should have opted for the cheaPer Citiz model that my friends have and they have hot coffee. Do love the pods
