Good coffee maker ... I like that it has no clock!

Compact machine with a neat feature... water is poured in by swinging open the filter and pouring into a channel next to the filter. This means it can be on a work surface under a kitchen cupboard and used without having to pull the machine forward....

Good coffee but it doesn't stay hot

This replaces my old coffee machine from John Lewis which lasted 9 years. While some aspects of the design I are much better than what I had, there is one problem. The hot hub that should keeps the coffee hot doesn't stay hot hence the coffee gets cold...

Good filter coffee maker

Very easy and quick to make a lovely cup of filter coffee. Easy to clean and easy to dispose of the coffee grinds as they are contained in a filter paper. If the jug lid was removable, it would make it easier to dry. I had to purchase this product...

Bad quality

Had this coffee maker for approx 6 months now it's stopped working, avoid like the plague, also hot plate timer switches off too quickly so the coffee is always cold.

Would not recommend

Coffee was very bitter. I discovered that the machine seemed to boil the water as it was very hot. This was probably the reason for the bitter taste as you are not supposed to boil coffee.
