Once I got the hang of it I now enjoy a great cup of espresso. It's a bit noisy but apart from that it does the job well.

So far I have been extremely satisfied with this product and it is great to enjoy excellent espresso and capuccino at home. It is easy to clean. The only (slight) drawback is that I would have liked the cup warmer to be a bit warmer!
