The machine did not work. I got the "no water" error message even if the water tank was full. Had to return the item. Also, the capsules that came with the machine were expired (Feb 2012).

After 2 machines, still have the same problem. "No Water" is displayed after every attempt to rinse the machine or make any beverage. Definitely dissatisfied with this product because customer service told me to send in for repairs... who knows how...
