Looks fantastic and makes delicious (Illy, obviously) coffee. It's quick and it' easy to switch between coffee and steam making. Would recommend to anyone who loves Illy

It's bit noisy, but for me the outcome is worth it

can't get the pods other than online in large quantities

It makes an amazing Espresso ; The crema is perfect

Not great to make lots of coffees after another as the machine needs to get to a certain temprature after using the milk steamer (and that takes several minuets)

Stylish, great tasting coffee. Easy to keep clean

Takes ages to switch between coffee and steam, so you end up with luke warm coffee... cannot find the refils which actually fit this machine
