Jura-Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinder

Pretty quiet, simple to use, easy enough to clean out and a side variety of settings from course to fine.

Great Coffee Grinder

Very nice. Quick, quiet, and does a very consistent grind.

So quiet you wonder whether it's working

This is a great grinder! So quiet, not at all messy, multiple settings, large capacity (yet I often use it to grind just three tablespoons), plus it's attractive. It is not stainless steel, however, just a heavy plastic (?) with a stainless look. I am...

Jura-Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinder

The unit grinds coffee perfectly, but it is super messy due to static electricity build up. The coffee literally flies out when you open the coffee drawer. Not only do you waste coffee, but you'll have constant cleanup after grinding.

The only one that works

We own two of these grinders, one in each of our houses. We have had a number of burr grinders over the years and this is the only one that we have owned that works as it should. Even large, dark roasted beans are ground easily to the fine grind...

Morning jumpstart

I am new to the world of fresh ground coffee. What am amazing difference! I did some research on different grinders and chose this one because of the reviews. All of them were true. The Capresso conical burr gives a very consistent grind, quick and...

Great grinder, but it's not stainless

We are very pleased with the grinder. It is simple to use, relatively easy to clean, the price is reasonable, and quieter than expected. Our disappointment was that it does not match the cooking.com description which calls it a "Stainless Infinity...

Nice Upgrade From a Blade

For years I have used a blade grinder for my drip coffee. I received a press pot for Christmas and needed a better way to control my grind. This Infinity Conical Burr Grinder is a wonderful step up. Quieter than my old blade and does a good job of...

Product Specifications

For grinding larger quantities of coffee beans for a coffee-drinking crowd, Capresso's commercial-grade Infinity grinder handles 8-1/2 ounces of beans at a time. Sixteen different settings--four each in the four categories of extra fine, fine, regular, and coarse--let you adjust the grind to the specific blend of coffee and method of brewing. The finest setting is ideal for preparing Turkish coffee, which is a rare feature to find in a grinder. A built-in timer sets the grind for anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds so you can walk away without having to constantly press a button to continue the grinding process. The Infinity has an advanced conical burr design made of steel that is usually only found on commercial grinders. This burr design slows down the gears and reduces the amount of friction and heat to preserve coffee's flavor and aroma. The coffee container holds up to 4 ounces of grounds and remains sealed during grinding. For safety, the bean container also needs to be locked into place for the Infinity to operate. Also, for easy cleaning, the bean container and upper burr lift off so you can clean the grinding chamber with the included brush and wipe down the and heavy-duty zinc die-cast housing with Stainless Steel finish.
