cheaply made difficult to clean. impossible to get even slice due to angle of blade to the surface that guides the food you're slicing. If I had seen this item in person I would not have bought it.

not like a professional commercial quality meat slicer, but a good performer for the money. takes up very little counterspace and slices roast beef well.
