Absolutely no drips!

The coffee maker I had worked fine, but every time I used it coffee dripped everywhere when pouring. Not one drip has been on my granite countertops since I started using this pot. I also love the removable water tank instead of using the pot to fill...

Heat plate does not last

This is great because of the 14 cup capacity and you can take the water tank off to fill. However with daily use, after six months, the teflon hotplate is scratched, stained, chipping, and disgusting.

Large capacity; Removable h2o resevoir

Heat plate loses teflon quickly and stains easily

Looks nice

Leaks on counter when pouring

2nd Was BETTER Than the 1st.....!!!

The first item received was defective and when we finally completed the "only at Best Buy" process of returning a "not stocked in store/on-line only" item, received credit, then re-ordered again, the second coffeemaker has been working just fine and...

Mrs Olsens New Best Friend

I owned the first Kitchenaid coffee maker in 2001 and loved it but it was recalled. I bought a Cuisinart to replace it and thought I had reached coffee nirvana. Kitchenaid introduced their new Java and so much negative feedback hit the ...
