Reliable

This is a good robust machine, let down slightly by the design of the lid. If you need a large capacity machine that won't let you down wiothout payingf the earth for it - this is the one for you.

The capacity of the coffee pot is excellent - especially in an office environment. The unit has have been very reliable - we ran the 1st for over a year, it was on 5 days a week making on average 3-4 brews a day - (around about 1000 Litres) this only...

The Lid is fragile, there is a raised button held on 3 struts which pushes on the filter to allow the coffee to flow hwen the jug is in place. On 2 devices the lid has had to be 'super-glued' several times.
