We have had this toaster for about 3 years now and its been good since then but lately the buzzer has stopped working and toasting now takes a bit longer for some strange reason they both happened at the same time. The unit is solidly built and pretty...

Expensive piece of junk

I bought this toaster because I liked the look of it, but also because I felt by paying more I would be buying a quality product and it looked very durable. However I was sorely wrong. The lever to push the toast down broke very early on, that was OK,...

Do not buy this piece of junk.

Toast lift handle has broken . Ready buzzer does not work after only four months use. Toaster only works when it feels like it. Replacement circuit board / parts cost $ 250.00. The Australian repair agent agrees they are not worth fixing . Kitchenaid...

Robust looking. I thought I was buying a good quality piece of equipment I could be proud of. ( WRONG )

The worst toaster I have ever owned and the most expensive

Have send it back 6 or more times electric faults every time fit and sent back for the same thing to happen again. The last time we had just got back from holidays, sitting at the table having a cupper. The toaster had not been used for 2 weeks just...

Love this product

Brilliant - better than what I expected. At first I was reluctant to go with such an expensive item, but now I have no regrets. It's so quite, easy to use and to clean and it looks so pretty!!

Simple and quite to use and easy to clean.

Price - its quite expensive.

The looks, the brand in general

OMG. Customer service in Australia is awful. Ours just started making this horrible sound instead of the buzzer but to get it repaired has been a hassle (still ongoing) and its only a few months old and rarely used due to house rennovations. lots of...

Bad

nothing but trouble with Kitchenaid. Two Artisan toasters with failed elements after a few years light use and an espresso machine with failed pressure gauges. Expensive rubbish. Toaster too costly to repair at $120 for an element. Buying a Magimix.

Looks good
