I have had to return the product. The product did not heat the water properly, therefore lukewarm weak coffee. This is my third Krups coffeemaker. The prior two worked fine. This one might have been a lemon.

Like this product. I think carafes should be a little tighter when connecting to top of coffepot. Gets a little water spurting out but otherwise we like the Krups coffee maker.
