We have only used it twice but we are somewhat disappointed that it does not grind all of the coffee beans in the hopper. We have to shake the unit to get them all ground. Unusual for a Krups product.

Have found this to give a better grind than blade grinders, a more even grind for french press.

This is my first burr grinder and I liked that I can select the desired grind, amount and press one button. It grinds the amount selected uniformly and then automatically shuts off. Much quieter than my bladed mill.
