Sometimes the lid need to be held down to keep it from turning off before it is finished

grinds really evenly, and the best feature is being able to stick it on one cup setting, and always get the same amount of coffee ground each time

the plastic box which holds the ground coffee is a bit fiddly, and the lid has come off unexpectedly a few times, meaning the grounds go EVERYWHERE but in the coffee maker!!! Once you're aware of this however, its unlikely to happen twice
