The original item was damaged but was replaced efficiently. The new product works very satisfactorily.

Item arrived after a couple of days and I found it to be of great use and its volume was appropriate for an average size family. It is quite neutral in colour and would blend in with any type of kitchen.

The filters on this cafetiere are not very good, and coffee grinds often contaminate the coffee.
