I was very excited to receive this coffee maker but I was really disappointed when it broke down after the 3rd or 4th use!!! a light start glowing asking for descaling after which the machine stopped working! I contacted Russel Hobbs customer service...

Had two of these (Amazon sent me a replacement free of charge for the first one) both will not brew the coffee they will grind but not brew it seems to be a fault on the brew button. terrible machine don't buy it.

this machine looks very good , but on it's first use the plastic cover on the glass coffee pot DISTORTED with the heat. would recommend buying a different brand..utterly dissapointed...
