Very simple to use and easy to clean. The choice of coffee pods is good and there really is one to suit everyone

Only bad point for me is that there is not a hot chocolate pod available

Limited range of pods (others also have hot chocolate and tea pods) which are generally not available in stores

Price of coffee capsules. Can be a bit temperamental if you forget to pull the handle thereby leaving the capsule unpunctured
