Excellent Machine!

 

Our first experience with Saeco Incanto Sirius was in our cabin aboard a cruise ship. I was shown by our butler how to use the machine for both ground coffee and fresh beans from the hopper. We were instantly taken with this technological advancement...

Easy touch screen operation, frothing wand, dual spouts, sleek look, degrader notices are very helpful

Machine worked well but licensed 3rd party repair service was an issue

 

I'm updating my review since Saeco Canada repaired the machine and had it returned to me within one week, which I would rate as excellent service. My original problems were caused by a licensed 3rd party repair shop, that were incompetent. Now ...
