includes grinder, although grinding is a separate step not integrated with brewing

capacity too small, won't work without carbon water filter, no reusable coffee filter

24oz = 3 cups, can't make iced tea or iced coffee

 

I like Sanyo and looked at a lot of coffee/tea makers before purchasing this product online, so I was very disappointed to return it. The product design was not thought through as thoroughly as one would expect from Sanyo, and the marketing description...
