Works great.... Make wonderful froth & we add flavor to the milk only draw back is the lid use milk 2% or reg nothing heavy

Worked erratically (sometimes wouldn't turn on, sometimes worked great, sometimes burned the milk) for about a week and now won't turn on at all.

It's a nice milk frother when it works. It just stopped working after about 4 months. Burnt milk at the bottom is hard to clean. Just contacted customer service about shipping it back for repair (if they stand behind their warranty)....

I can't really rate this but that is not an option. I got this for a Christmas gift for my gadget loving coffee drinking son in law. So as long as it does what it says its going to do, i'll be happy!

I ordered this frother based on prior reviews. The frother works great, although I did encounter a problem from the start with a layer of milk burning on the bottom inside the container. This happened the very first time I used it and has happened...

Previous reviews of this product are right on target. I've used it twice and am so delighted I shared it on Facebook (something I rarely do). Anyone who wants a warmer/frother should give this unit a try, I'm glad I did.

I make homemade hot cocoa with milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract and boiling water. All ingredients, with the exception of the boiling water, now go in the frother (I used to nuke them and stir them with a mini-whisk.)...
