Deutsche qualitatsarbeit - Nichts, nichts!

 

this machine makes great coffee when it works which is not very often. I have had mine in four times in two years. I would not buy it again. The customer service is very poor and equally slow. Not what I expect from "Deutsche qualitatsarbeit".

This Espresso machine is not worth the price-point. What Krups won't tell you is that you can't use premium coffee- dark or espresso roast, or "oily" beans like Starbucks- in this machine. If you do, it gunks up the inside, the machine fails to work,...

If you buy it, get a warranty. You'll need it
