The product arrived defective. the smaller end was poorly constructed and bent externally. Made of really malleable metal. Needs to be returned.

Review of Firewire cable.

Cable was shipped reasonably quickly, works like it's supposed to. No problems. If you have an older camcorder with a firewire connection and a newer Mac computer this cable will connect the two.
