Perhaps the most unusual thing about this game is its pedigree. This thing has more credits than a Hollywood blockbuster movie. Top billing goes to Microsoft, with Digital Anvil and Warthog getting credits, with no idea as to who does what.

Fabulous Graphics, Immersive "experience"

Cheesy plot, stupid wingmen, repititious sound, poor mission structure

no save features to speak of, somewhat bad AI

Decent gameplay but....

I recently finished Starlancer and I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. Even though the 24 missions are fun (with surprises strewn about), the storyline is pretty much forgettable. Please note that my review focuses only on the game's...

Solid gameplay. Good missions
