Is this a crisis worth worrying about or another game in the FPS world.

Long live Laurence Barnes.

One-two punch of art direction and technical wizardry; Surprisingly memorable characters...; Levels offer more freedom than Crysis 2's, while maintaining streamlined focus; Elegant control scheme and UI make accessing abilities a breeze; Huge array of...

in a silly sci-fi story; ...but a little TOO badass

I believe I will, Laurence, and I don't think I'll be the only one either.

Crysis 3 Review

Crytek's latest installment in their flagship franchise is fun, but flawed.

Gorgeous graphics and art; large, open level design that encourages exploration; a wide variety of enemies to take on

Cliched storyline; campaign feels relatively brief; does a poor job at explaining what occurred after Crysis 2

If Crysis 3 is inspired by other games, then it least it has the good taste to be inspired by games that are awesome. Still, it's getting tough to make us care about yet another alien invasion plot -- maybe it's time for someone to put together a new...

Crysis 3 Review

Crysis 3 comes so close to greatness that it’s a tragedy that it didn’t make it. If the next game focuses a little more on mood-setting moments where the player – gasp – has no way to kill anything at all, then it’ll be the perfect sci-fi...

More eye candy than a lolly shop housed in an optometrist; Excellent AI, and that includes friendlies; First half allows both stealth and combat approaches; A beautiful, rich world dripping with authentic touches

The pacing of the second half becomes a bit monotonous in its unwavering ferocity; A little more enemy variety would be nice

Crysis 3 review: An enjoyable shooter elevated by staggering visuals

The best-looking game of all time ; Refreshingly open levels ; Surprisingly good multiplayer

Only millionaires will max it out ; A lack of new ideas ; Single-player lasts 5-6 hours
