FlatOut Ultimate Carnage

We crash and burn – not for the first time...

Destructive racing ; Hugely replayable ; Great minigames

Occasionally wonky physics ; Catch-up" AI annoyance ; Burnout Like in a lot of ways

However, the racing is the meat of the game, and that you can accrue cash to spend on better and faster cars, upgrade your motors and unlock new tracks and minigames means you’ll have plenty to keep you busy. Annoyingly, the AI is suspiciously good at...

While this isn't the ultimate racer, it's not necessarily flat either.

FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage

FlatOut 2 has been given a light dusting over by Bugbear and released in a pretty new frock. It's hard to decide between rage and disappointment.

Better graphics

It's just the Xbox 360 game on a PC-DVD. The Windows Live requirements are tiresome. Every track and stunt is lifted from FlatOut 2. There is no LAN play. Virtually no effort has been put into this port whatsoever

Stick with FlatOut 2.

FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage (PC) review

I got speed, I got power, I got a V8 heart”

Bigger and better than FlatOut 2. It’s the most fun you can have in a car without stealing a Ferrari.

Pretty Cool

I use a xbox360 controler for this game, and I can't imagine using the keyboard.

This game is awesome. The graphics are good. The race tracks are really cool. You get nitro for wrecking into things and other drivers. This game has a stunt section that you have to throw yourself out of the car and go through rings of fire and so on
