Guild Wars: Eye of the North (PC)

Eye of the North is largely more of the same. In this case, that's a terrific thing.

Guild Wars: Eye of the North Revie

Eye of the North is a solid addition to the series for veteran Guild Wars players.

It's easy to pick apart the game, and in the end that may be a bit unfair ? it certainly does what it sets out to do and that is to add solid additional PvE content to the Guild Wars world for already established players, and if that's what you?re...

I never played this game, but i hear so many good things about this franchise. Alot of my friends like it better then WOW. Post a Comment

It's more Guild Wars. If you've completed the three campaigns and want more, definitely buy it. Otherwise, pick up one of the campaigns.

Guild Wars: Eye of the North

Guild Wars veterans will love it, but Eye of the North isn't quite the grand expansion it wants to be.

Fun new PvE content; enjoyable mini-games; good storyline; excellent presentation; Hall of Monuments

PvE is still a bit simplistic; mini-games are PvE-only; middling henchman and hero AI; for advanced Guild Wars players only

Guild Wars: Eye of the North Review

Guild Wars: Eye of the North

The next must-have title for any self-respecting Guild Wars fan

The return of Gwen from Prophecies ; Polymock and Dwarven boxing ; Elaborately designed dungeons

No PvP for Polymock or Dwarven boxing ; Hero and henchmen control still awkward ; Hardcore PvP players will hate the PvE rewards for favor

"Is a must have for any Guild Wars fanatic."

Overall though I would have to say that even ...

It has new content for those who have level 20 characters. There are plenty of new areas for players to explore and the map for an expansion game is pretty impressive. New skills are always welcome and a plethora of new heros are available as well

Now for the cons... the enemy groups in eye of the north all have the capability to kill your team in 4-5 hits which gets really old after a while. Huge areas also add some level of agony as you will spend a good deal of time getting to the next area
